We use the following carriers for shipments:

1-UPS for domestic shipments

2-DHL for international shipments,

3-Door to Door Service of the company Compras express USA that will carry out the transfer to Venezuela, and upon arrival in Venezuela they will be distributed by zoom.

After your email confirmation order we take 5-10 business days to process your order. And then, you will receive an email from the shipment company with your tracking number.

We ship only Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please if there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery contact the transport service prior to contacting us.

Before and exchange our team inspect the product send to our office, you must take care, items must be returned in their original form.

If the item received is not in good condition, we will return the item back without exchange.
